Success in Fallujah

Fallujah is now secured after only six days of fighting, although the US and Iraqi forces still need to do some clean up operations which will logically take a few more days. This was a success in the fact that we only lost 38 US and Iraqi troops as opposed to the 1,200 insurgents who were killed. Also, only 275 troops were wounded with more than 60 returning to duty. Even though Abu Musab al-Zarqawi got away the operation, Phantom Fury, did what it intended to, rout the insurgent presence there.
